The GTM Mission In More Detail
This company, GoToMarket Middle East has a purpose, and it may be a bold statement, however the purpose of GTM, the reason it has been created, is to make the world a better place through job creation, especially in developing regions. The best way I know how to do that, is through using my business acumen, expertise and experience.
- Where GTM’s sole aim is to support SME’s with relevant, accessible and affordable consultancy.
- Helping SME’s become more successful, Helping SME’s grow and expand, and in turn helping SME’s create valuable jobs.
My vision is not to build one or two companies, but to help hundreds and thousands of companies to grow and create more jobs. And I can do this by supporting SME companies through a global platform.
We could highlight varying reasons, but keeping it short the main two reasons are:
- If a single 100,000 employee company added another 10 staff the change is negligible. If a thousand 100 employee companies added another 10 staff then that will make a huge difference.
- All business needs business guidance and expertise, however for SMEs this is not easily available, accessible or affordable.
CSR & SDG @ GTM
More businesses are launching initiatives aimed at becoming more socially responsible; for many SMEs their customers and employees are demanding it. For a long time, CSR has been a standard practice for enterprises, but SMEs are starting to reap the benefits of practicing social responsibility.

Globally SMEs account for the overwhelming majority of private sector business and economic activity in both developed and developing countries. Therefore, given the importance of SMEs in the global economy, it is essential to better understand their potential contribution to the Sustainable Development Goals.
At GTM we understand the role SMEs can play in helping solve this problem. With the World Bank forecasting 600 million jobs will be required globally, our belief is that by helping SMEs become the best they can be and grow their business successfully, we can help the Middle East meet it SDG goals.
